Sales development manager with over 15 years in retail sales and category development experience across the food and publishing sectors within an FMCG environment. Expertise in developing shopper led retail strategies and executing through the management of a sales and insights team to help build collaborative and sustainable partnerships with key trading partners.
Damon has more than 25 years of graphic design experience, with an extensive portfolio of design for print and online projects. He ran his own boutique graphic design studio for many years before joining Test Pilot.
Sam Locke has been designing for over 15 years. A qualified industrial designer, Sam has worked with some of the world’s leading agencies, including Coutts and Bezier in the UK. His unique talents traverse the arts of industrial and graphic design, making Sam a rare species in our world. His major capabilities include 3D conceptual rendering, display engineering and construction.
Rosabel has a background studying Industrial Design. She is a graduate of the Designing Futures program.
Amy has worked across a variety of sectors in community services for the last 20 years. She has a diploma of art therapy and a diploma of community services. Her focus is in bringing these two things together for community development and possibility.
Stella is visual communicator who is enchanted by the many possibilities design can offer. Her passion lies in delivering whimsical images from the mind to the page and working with bold vibrant colours. She has joined Test Pilot to further develop her skills in design and gain a foothold in the creative industry.
Konrad is a graduate from Torrens University with a Diploma of Graphic Design. He loves using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and loves doing illustration as a hobby.
Thomas has a huge passion in visual arts, including painting and street art.
Marcelline is a graphic design ex-student, whose attention to detail and smorgasbord of imagination goes toward their designs. They’ve got an appreciation for ink-wash art, calligraphy and comics. Like interns of the past, they hope to further develop their skill-set at Test Pilot.
Crystal is a graphic designer and illustrator with a passion for everything creative. She graduated University with a Diploma of Graphic Design and has been working as an intern until she joined Test Pilot. Test Pilot has allowed her to have a safe space to expand her design capabilities in a professional work environment.
Jag comes from a multidisciplinary creative background, having graduated with a B. in Visual Communication at UTS. He creates work that utilises the digital, the tangible and aural, but will always have a soft spot for all things related to print. His strengths lie in typography, digital illustration and zine-making.
Shewta studied Visual Communication and has a range of graphic design skills from digital illustration to photography. She is also interested in motion design, videography and video editing.
Darren has a keen interest producing creative design solutions across traditional and digital media. Having attained a Diploma in Graphic design and a Cert III in Web Based Technologies, he has joined the Test Pilot team in order to further hone his design skills and establish a foothold in the industry.
Baz knew he wanted to be a graphic designer ever since he was a teenager. He first taught himself by watching YouTube and studied for a Graphic Design Certificate IV at TAFE. He joined Test Pilot to improve his knowledge and sharpen his skills. He particularly enjoys working in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Isabel has recently joined Test Pilot in order to improve their skills and gain experience in the design industry. Their creative skills include illustration, graphic design, and music.
Aaron is always looking for new ways to be creative, he has a passion in graphic design and enjoys working in Illustrator. He intends to further expand his knowledge of the design industry through Test Pilot.
Hayden has a long-standing passion for creative arts, with a background in film, photography, videography, graphic design and music, and has joined Test Pilot to expand his knowledge and skills in graphic design.
Pranav has joined Test Pilot with a background in Design in Architecture – he is looking to pursue his passion for graphic design, illustration and creative production.
Dylan has recently joined Testpilot. His creative skills include illustrations, painting, photography and overall graphic design.
Fadey has recently joined Test Pilot. He enjoys graphic design, likes to draw and has an interest in Illustrator. He wishes to increase these skills during his time at Test Pilot and overall has a passion for graphic design!
While Aryan's area of expertise is industrial design, he has a clear talent for graphic design and has taught himself to use the programs of the trade. He hopes to broaden his skills and see them with fresh eyes by working with Test Pilot.
Amelia is a digital artist, illustrator and animator with an appreciation for aesthetics and composition. She has joined Test Pilot to help focus her broad skillset and find her place in the industry.
Nohadra has already had some training in the industry and has a penchant for clean, eye catching design. She hopes to adobt new skills and gain first hand expereince with clients.
Hayden is a self-taught creative, using books and online classes to learn painting, sculpture and model-making amongst other things. With Testpilot, Hayden hopes to develop his skills even futher and make a career out of his hobby.
Kim is a passionate artist from Sydney. Known for her unique realistic sketches, her love of the creative industry has led Kim to pursue a career in graphic design. Kim was our first Designing Futures team member.
